Wild Sheep Counts

Spences Bridge Sheep Count – Hosted by WSSBC

Saturday, April 11

Join the Wild Sheep Society of BC for our Spences Bridge Sheep Count on Saturday, April 11. This is a great opportunity for members and supporters to get involved in a hands-on conservation effort while spending time in sheep country with fellow volunteers.

Participants will meet at 8:00 AM at the designated meeting location:
https://maps.app.goo.gl/qDbmuRaJ1ZqnWzeb9?g_st=ac

From there, volunteers will receive instructions and head out for the count. We will return to the same location at the end of the survey, with wrap-up expected between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

This count is an important way to support wild sheep conservation and monitoring in the region, and we are grateful to everyone willing to lend a hand.

We are also working on adding a BBQ and a few mini prizes following the count. More details will be shared in due course.

We hope you can join us for a productive and enjoyable morning in support of wild sheep.

The Wild Sheep Society lead for this email is Peter Gutsche.  Our two alternates are Kris Wrathall and Hana Erikson.
