Dear members,

Your Board of Directors past and present have always looked for ways to improve our great society.

With that purpose in mind we recognized there was a need to update our constitution and bylaws. In order to assist with this endeavour, we sought professional advice from a legal expert.

With that professional assistance, and significant input from your board, the Wild Sheep Society would like to present a Special Resolution – S0028714 which will be debated and considered for adoption at our Annual General Meeting on March 13th, 2020.

This resolution is attached to this correspondence for your review.

These changes are intended to modernize our guiding documentation and provide a framework that will support the mission and goals of our organization as we move forward and continue the great work of our society.

In conservation,

Kyle Stelter

President WSSBC
